Booking & Payment

A 25% advance payment is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due on or before the event date. Payments are non-refundable if cancelled within 30 days of the event.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation 60+ days before event: Full refund minus processing fees
• Cancellation 30-60 days before event: 50% refund
• Cancellation within 30 days: No refund

Delivery Timeline

Edited photos delivered within 3-4 weeks. Cinematic films within 4-6 weeks. Rush delivery available on request.

Usage Rights

We retain the right to use photographs from your event for portfolio, website, and marketing purposes unless a written exclusivity agreement is signed.
